DeVine Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce its role as a subcontractor to Tomorrow.io on the recently awarded National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Earth Prediction Innovation Center (EPIC) Support Services contract.
The EPIC program brings together government, industry, and academia to accelerate advances in Earth system modeling and improve the nation’s operational weather forecasting capabilities. A central focus of the program is advancing and supporting NOAA’s Unified Forecast System (UFS), a community-based Earth modeling system designed to strengthen the transition of research and innovation into operational forecasting.
As part of the Tomorrow.io team, DeVine Consulting will contribute its technical expertise in support of NOAA’s mission and the continued advancement of EPIC.
DeVine brings extensive experience supporting federal weather and environmental programs, with capabilities spanning high-performance computing, scientific and technical computing, software development, cloud technologies, data analysis, and operational support.
Through EPIC, NOAA is strengthening collaboration across the broader Weather Enterprise and creating pathways for researchers, developers, and operational partners to contribute innovations to the nation’s forecasting systems.
